1.3 Refunds will not be issued for any channels or content that are not functioning as expected. Please note that refunds will not be provided in cases where your favorite channel experiences downtime or is temporarily unavailable.

1.4 Subscribers who have chosen the 1-month plan will be eligible for a refund only if they meet the criteria outlined in section 1.1 (complete and prolonged service outage) and submit their refund request within the initial 24 hours of subscription activation. Refunds for the 1-month plan will not be granted if the subscriber chooses to cancel after the first 24 hours or if the reason for refund does not align with the conditions mentioned in section 1.1.
